A WALNUT BEACH WINTER ENGAGEMENT SESSION

If you’ve been following our blog for a while, you know how much Arturo and I love photographing winter weddings and engagement sessions! Miranda and Byron’s winter engagement session at Walnut Beach in Milford, Connecticut was a dreamy one, complete with a beautiful sunset (even if half of it was hidden behind the clouds)! We had a fantastic time walking along the boardwalk with them, chatting all about their wedding plans for their upcoming celebration in the spring.

Byron and Miranda are two bundles of joy! Arturo and I always tell our couples that all they need to bring to their engagement session is the love they share, and we’ll take care of the rest. These two did just that, cuddling up and laughing together while being in front of our cameras. Their smiles and excitement were absolutely contagious!

THE PROPOSAL STORY

Miranda and Byron’s proposal story is the epitome of romance! The pair were on vacation with Byron’s family in Paris when he popped that question. In preparation for the proposal, Byron’s family members had spent the day shopping for a picnic blanket, bread, cheeses, and wine for him and Miranda to enjoy together.

The two brought the basket of French goodies and found a spot in front of the Eiffel Tower that evening. If their picnic wasn’t already perfect enough, Byron asked Miranda to marry him just as the sun was setting! After Miranda said yes, all of the picnic-goers around them applauded as the two basked in the joy of their engagement.

These sweethearts are getting married in April at The Inn at Longshore, and we cannot wait to kick off our 2023 wedding season with them. Congratulations Miranda and Byron!
